TM_DATA_PARITY_ERROR

Customer found sudden reboot of his Core switch 6509 and the log report was shown as "TM_DATA_PARITY_ERROR " now he findes this error occuring very frequently on his log report pleas help in sorting this out

Hi,

If the error message is only seen once (or rarely), the recommendation is to monitor the switch syslog to confirm the error message was an isolated incident. If these error messages are reoccurring, open a case with the Technical Assistance Center through the Internet at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/case_tools/caseOpen.pl, or contact your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative with the information that you have gathered. Attach the following information to your case in nonzipped, plain-text (.txt) format: the output of the show logging and show tech-support commands and your pertinent troubleshooting logs.
