I want to see what type of traffic is running through my core switches.
I'm running (2) 3750G-EMI switches as my core. I was doing research and found out that NBAR protocol discovery and netflow are not supported on the 3750.
What can I implement on the 3750 to achieve traffic visibility?
Thanks

You can use CNA (Cisco Network Assistant) to see the traffic switched by the ports on the switch. It will also tell you the port errors and broadcast , multicast traffic count.
You can download the CNA for free from CCO. You must have a CCO login.

I'm looking for more granular statistics. I'd like to know which ports and applications that are passing through and at what speeds. Along with that information i'd like to know the source and destination for all traffic.
Please advise.

Well, I dont think so, that its possible without NBAR and Netflow featureset on the switches. Even this switch doesnot support IP accounting which can to see the top talkers on the switch.
