Does Trial license on ISR routers remain active after reboot during 60-days trial period?

Yes, as long as you are is the 60 day window.

I don't have document that specifically states that, but I have rebooted 3945s during the trial period.

There is no guarantee, as you may reboot the router and the IOS never loads again.

Usually, if you do a "sh ver" it will tell you what the license would be after the next reload.

Even once you install a permanant license, in order for it to take effect, you have to reboot it.
