Hi,
What is the best way to troubleshoot 6500's? What I mean is there are several interfaces that have high number of errors and runts.
Any tools I can use to find out the cause?

This answer might be to simple...
Normally a high number of errors and runts indicate a duplex-mismatch.
Are the interfaces and the connected NICs configured with similar Autonegotiation and/or Speed/Duplex parameters?

yes, they are the same duplex and speed.

Can you post the output from typing
show mod
along with
show int [interface_id]
from one of the affected interfaces ?
