we are having an issue with an as2 trading partner since they changed there proxy for sending files to us, they basically use http on tcp port 6260, they transfer a file to us, they expect to recieve a http 200 ok message back, so, I went on our as2 server and did a packet capture, I can see these messages being generated,"tcp push ack" BUT, my packet capture software says "bad tcp checksum" it says 0xD193 BAD should be 0x5E2A , The psh ack number is 3056860052 , the return packet from them come back with tcp ack sequence number 3056860052, this comes back twice from them. would this traffic pass my firewall even with a bad tcp checksum? i gather so because I can see the return packet
Any ideas guys, we need to get to the bottom of this, your help would be much appreciated.
