Two ISPs - A&B

Hi Experts,

I am stucked with a scenerio and requesting suggestion to make that functional.

1) We having two locations (eg Location A & B) with nearby distance. Both location are having WAN connectivities with different ISPs say ISP A & ISP B..

2) At both locations we are using Cisco 7200 Rtr and  Cisco 2960 switch.

3) Both locations switches are connected with each other(with Gigabit port).

3) Both locations having its own users(LAN) on 192.168.1.0/24  & 192.168.2.0/24 pool respectively.

4) Both end switch are functional with Vlans.

Desired Connectivity should be.

If Location-A WAN link fails, then traffic should diverted to locations B and then to ISP-B (i.e through Switch-A-->Switch-B--->ISP-B).

Attached is the desired connectivity diagram.

Waiting for solution.
