UC520 & Cisco 2821 voice problems

My current setup:

Linksys RV082 Dual Wan Router

|

Cisco UC520

|

Cisco 2821

|

Cisco Catalyst 3650g

|..................|

Phones.....Desktops

My problem is that when I plug in a phone to the Catalyst 3650g I get a configuring ip etc. loop. What I think I am doing wrong is not routing the voice trafic correctly through the 2821 router, or the router is not configured properly for the phone trafic.

The 2821 configureation is attached.

I currently have uc520 on default configurations for VLAN(100), and the catalyst 3650g switch setup for the phones voice trafic VLAN(100). All data flow on the network is fine.

I would imagine that you'd need an ip helper in order for the phones to get in contact with whatever is on the other side of the 2821.
