UC520 SIP and Mobility

Couple of Questions:

For the Unified CallConnector products:

SW-UCC-SERVER

SW-UCC-MOBILITY

Can these be installed on a MS Windows 2003 Small Business Server?

Also from what I have seen there are predefined service providers for SIP trunking in the configuration of the UC520. Do we have the ability to use any standard SIP carrier and drop to the command line for any configurations that may be needed to support their service?

Thanks,

For the UCC server questions - check Table 4 at:

Should give you the OS & memory requirements. I think 2003 SBS should be ok.

If you want to use SIP trunking to providers not in the dropdown on CCA - you can use CLI and get this configured. However, you may have to go do rigorous testing to ensure all call flows work seamlessly as each SIP trunking provider has their unique SIP interop requirements. Also, the other thing to check is the QoS SLA guarantees for such providers.
