I have a 2 routers with 2 p2p T1s connected. I have been trying to apply the ppp multilinks to the T1 interfaces. I can get the multilinks applied but only one P2p is showing up int the int mu.
Here are the configurations.
CDC7206D
!
interface Serial1/0/20:0
description *** WAN: Connection to TRUWR2-s2/7:0 via Broadwing 40188461 ***
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
load-interval 30
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 4
interface Serial3/6:0
description *** WAN: Connection to TRUWR2-s2/6:0 via Sprint PL462004/HCGS465098 ***
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 4
TRUWR2
!
interface Serial2/6:0
description *** WAN: Connection to CDC7206D-s3/6:0 via Sprint PL462004/00DHCS406166MRTM000 ***
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
load-interval 30
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 1
!
interface Serial2/7:0

I do not see any issues in the config part that you posted. Can you post the output of show interface from each of the routers?
If you take the T1s out of the multilink what does the serial interface look like then? I am doubtful that there is a multilink problem and suspect that you have some problem on that serial link.

Please include the configuation on the multilink interface. The output should be something like:
interface Multilink4
ip address xxx.xxx.xxx....
ppp multilink
ppp multilink group 4

Just dropping in as third.
How about debugging what is happening on the links?
The output of the following will tell us a lot more:
debug ppp neg
debug ppp multilink
