Unable to ping SVI IP via vPC peer link

Hi Team,

I've two Nexus N5K-C5548UP-FA running NX-OS:5.0(3)N2(1) participating in vPC. Created four vlans, assigned vlans SVI to correspondign vRF and enabled HSRP v2.0 on both cores. Configured hsrp use-bia . Core1 is HSRP active and Core2 is Standby. All vlans are allowed on the peerlink and currently no non-vPC vlans exist.

"show hsrp brief" out put tells that HSRP functioning as it should be, however "Core2 vlan SVI IP address can not ping from Core1 and Core1 vlan SVI IP & hsrp VIP can not ping from Core2. On both cores ARP table shows vlan SVI mac address of the peer".

Please some one can let me know what I'm missing here.

Thank you,

Jaanu
