Are you talking about GBIC gig ports and being over 130 ?
130 is the limit for GBIC ports.
384 is the limit for SFP ports
385 (apparently) is the limit for 10/100/1000 RJ45 ethernet.

I supsect 130 is derived from the fact that for GBIC connectors you can only have 16 ports in a blade so
8 x 16 = 128
+ 2 GBIC connectors on Supervisor
= 130
