There is a 6506 with two supervisors:
Supervisor Engine 32 8GE WS-SUP32-GE-3B
On supervisor was in active mode while another one was in hot mode:
5 9 Supervisor Engine 32 8GE (Active)
6 9 Supervisor Engine 32 8GE (Hot)
One day 6506 unexpectedly rebooted in the middle of the day. It booted about 25 minutes later. I checked log but I did not find anything suspicious.
On the same day 6506 rebooted again in the evening. At this time it did not boot normally. Hot supervisor became an active but all IP interfaces of 3rd level were not reachable.
Only when I ejected 5 module (left only 6 module which had became hot) and rebooted 6506 again, it booted normaly.
How to find out why this happened?
I have a log and two crush files after this event. I've read it carefully but I did not catch anything interesting that could be help me to understand the reason of this accident.
