Upgrade Cisco Nexus OS

If upgraded "out of the box"  NX OS on Nexus 7100 and then created diferent VDC's, in this case each VDC should have the new upgraded OS, is this correct?

If VDC's are already configured then should we upgrade each VDC separately?

Please share the experience.

The same version of OS is used for all VDCs.  So, when you upgrade the switche, all VDCs will be upgraded with the same version.

Hello:

When performing an upgrade to a Nexus with VDC's version will be the same for the whole box, whether the concept of VDC's it like having physically separate boxes.

must also take into account the upgrade as necessary shall update the port circuit, and this is called EPLD.
