what is the maximum upgradable limit available for C3560 memory?

I don't believe that memory (flash or dram) can be upgraded in these kinds of switches. These are fixed configuration switches, designed to operate at their current capability. I did look and did not see a part number for larger memory chips for the 3560. Unlike most routers and modular switches they are not upgradeable memory wise.

If you are having memory problems you should contact TAC. I Highly doubt that memory modules in the switch are field replaceable.
