upgrade Supervisor Engine on cat6500

I want to upgade the old Supervisor Engine 1 on a cat6500 switch with a Supervisor Engine 32.

Does it works, or I have compatibility problems?

Hi

The sup32 is compatible with all 6500 series chassis, however you will need to ensure that you have a FAN-TRAY-2 or an E-FAN, and at least 2500W PSU's.
