I am attempting to complete upgrading to c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE2. I have three stacks done, but the last stack errors stating ?There is not enough memory on switch to examine the new software image?. At the top directory, three file exist (vlan.dat, private-config.text, and config.text, and the directory c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEB4 (w/ 7411712 bytes free). Any ideas?

You should delete the directory containing c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEB4 and then you should have enough space in the flash to update the new image.
Just type
rmdir bootflash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEB4

Assuming you are using a tftp server to do the upgrade, you should be able to issue the following command:
archive download-sw /overwrite tftp://xx.xx.xx.xx/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE2.tar.
Obviously, xx.xx.xx.xx is your tftp server. By using /overwrite, the image will be downloaded, checked and then the old image will be removed so that the new image can be decompressed and written to flash.
Hope that helps .... Tim
