Upgrading IOS on 3750X Stack

I have a stack of 3750X switches - 12S-S and 2x24T-S in a stack configuration.  All running IPBase.

I need to upgrade the code to 12.2.55SE7 and apply the IP Services license - so my question is:

Upgrade the stack with Universal IOS c3750e-universalk9-tar.122-55.SE7.tar, then reload, then apply licenses?

Or is it

Apply lice seperatly to each switch, re-stack, upgrade IOS?

Just want to make sure I follow the correct procedure

It should be upgrade the stack and then apply the licenses. That way if there is a problem at all upgrading you will not have to re-apply the licenses twice. Also if the switches will push their upgrades to the next then it should make the process easier. Hope this helps

Thats what I kind of thought...once I get onsite I'll give it a try.

When you apply the license, you need to reboot ANYWAY, right?

So push the IOS into the stack BUT do not reload the stack just yet.  Apply the license and then you reload the switch.

One reload and you do two things.

FYI:  12.2(55)SE8 was released 01 July 2013 (US Time) and I'm currently testing this.  So far, so good.
