Uploading IOS in catalyst 2960G switch

Hi

I face a small issue.

By mistake we have erased the flash.Now there is no IOS image in the Switch. Pl tell me how to load the image in the switch.(we have an image with us in the system)

Is the switch still up and running ? - if so you can use tftp to copy a new image into flash, see attached link for details -
