URL Filtering in 891 routers

Our customer have an 891 router and they want to implement url filtering on their network, but they want to excempt certain ip addresses. They did not purchase the TrendMicro license, so I tried configuring CBAC (ip inspect name) but the problem is it is applied on the whole network. Is there a way that we can excempt about 5 ip addresses? I have attached my configuration. Thanks.

This talks about configuring Trend filtering, but if you use the top portion as a basis for the static filtering that should give you what you want.

The key is to define your class-maps for hosts to filter or exempt and then apply the filtering policy to those classes
