Username prompt for enable mode

We just got a new Sup720-10g in that runs 12.2(33)SXH3 and after configuring it similar to our other switches, it prompts for a username on both the initial SSH login and when going to enable mode. Normally I only get a password prompt when going to enable mode and a username/password prompt for unpriviliged mode.

Anybody seen this behavior before?

There is a known defect for this issue
