users unable to authenticate on windows database

Hi

user are not able to use authentication information from Active Directory.

I can use ACS database authentication.

please help.

Mahmood,

What is working before ?

If yes,that means your AD server is not reachable by the ACS server. Have you tried pinging the AD server and vice-versa.Also, check if network firewall is not blocking the access. Seems to be some network connectivity related issue.

Check your database mappings inside ACS. Make sure they are point to the external Windows database.
