Verify IOS MD5

The the refrence guide of Catalyst 4500 switch, it is said that MD5 check can be automatically be done at the boot during the copy from bootflash to memory.

It is said that the comparison is done between the MD5 information in a README file and the computed MD5 of the image on the bootflash.

But I cannot find any README file nor in Cisco.com image download site nor in the bootflash.

Can anyone tell me where to find the README file or how to generate it ? Or what is the format of this README file ?

After you select yourplatform, feature set, and version, you must click Agree and on the next page it shows the MD5. I've attached a screenshot.
