Hi,

Please help me in justify the problem

1.how i can trace the problem of both the video and audio packet loss while i am trying to connect two different location through the video conferencing

(Which as the 1 mb link ),while iam connecting with the speed 512 it continously droping so after a hour it got disconnected

2. what are the ways to trace this problem in between the routers

3. how i can see the traffic flow clearly

since all of them saying that is bandwidth problem

one router model is cisco 2811

other router is cisco 2621

can u help in tracing the problem

Hi Vinoth

Can you revert back with the kinda connectivity mode you have between these two locations ?

If possible do post the configs of the routers here..
