Video Conferencing - Cisco881w Polycom HDX 8000

I have just setup a Polycom HDX 8000 on our Cisco 881w for Video conferencing. The 881s WAN interface is connected to the ISP router and configured as a L3 interface. The Polycom is attached to a switchport (Fa1) and sits on a private VLAN. - /24

There is a static NAT statement for the VC unit

There are no IP inspect statements or ACLs enabled on the VLAN or int Fa4

I can reach the router and the VC unit from the internet

When i place a call from the VC it connects but i dont get any Voice or video. I have tested with multiple sites and i get the same result. Doing some debugging i see that there are no UDP packets sourcing from the remote VCs IP. I do see packets being sourced from my Public and Private IPs.

Also when the Video conferencing unit is attached directly to the ISP router and configured with a Public IP it is able to make calls as expected.

Any thoughts ?
