Dear Gaurav and team,
After we delivered and installed the core 4507R, found that the internal lan running main frame ibm with the PC software SNA type software to take the printout from the mainframe console.
I opened the TAC case and TAC engineer told that this switch does't not support fallback bridge feature for the non-ip traffic. Then i replaced 4507R with 3560 L3 switch and the PC communications software works fine.
Could u help me with the work around to use the 4507R switch in place of 3560 in order to support the PC comm SNA applications.
What about ethertype access-list.
Please come with solutions for this issue.
Thanks
swami

Mahbub,
I already replaced it with 3560 and working with SNA app. I want to know that is there any way to make use of 4507R switch to support SNA IBM app of PC software.
Thanks
