vLAN connected to different interfaces

This question came from our CSC Facebook community.

hi to all members of this group
i  am facing one problem that i want to make routing b/w vlan which are  connected to the different interfaces of router like shown below :-

PC1---SW1(VLAN3)----(192.168.10.1)ROUTER(192.168.20.1)----SW2(VLAN2)---PC2

...PC2- IP=192.168.20.20 GW=192.168.20.20

PC1- IP=192.168.10.10 GW=192.168.10.1

VLAN 10 = 192.168.10.2
VLAN 20= 192.168.20.1

Also I made routing between vlans by router on a stick
but i wana know if this design which i presented above can work
please provide me the config of router and switches
