Re: VLAN enabled switch

Hello Phong,

you can go with the C3560 series with ip services images.

There are models with 24 ports and other with 48 ports.

see the datasheet

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps5528/product_data_sheet09186a00801f3d7d.html

other choice can be a C3750 series

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Re: VLAN enabled switch

hi Phong,

Cisco 3560 or Cisco 3750 can be done. It depends on what you really want. If your network is alive. It may be hard to re-configure ip addresses of all servers. It should be the same. You then seperate vlan_server and vlan_user. Are you mapping all printers with thier name? If you're using ip addresses of printers then you're going to re-map them again(if vlan configured).
