VLAN In the same IP address Range

Hi Dear Friends,

                                   Here I have a situation related to Creating VLAN .

                                   In my comapany having 20 Linksys srw 2024 Switches

                                  Having1 ip ranges 192.1.5.0 - 192.1.5.255 . So all nodes are in same address range .

                                   Need to create vlan in same ip range

                                    VLAN - 10 - Account

                                     VLAN - 20 - ERP Users

                                      VLAN - 30 - HR

                                   vlan 10 & 20 Sharing the same servers which are in vlan 10 . but after configuring this vlan .the users are in vlan 20 are not able to access the servers . i Just want that user have access to file & ERP server whic is in VLAN 10. Please Help.

not sure what you want to achieve.

A vlan corresponds to a subnet; so what you are trying to do does not make too much sense. If you assign users or servers to different vlans traffic needs to be routed from a vlan to another (meaning that they need to have different default gateways configured) meaning that L2 connectivity is not an option.
