Hi,

Can u please clarify about the qurey. ie what's happening with you network.

Is that int vlan 4 is going down or VLAN 4 itself disappering?

What are the nodes connected with VLAN 4?

Hello,

When you say that the VLAN goes down, are you referring to Layer 3 interface

(interface vlan 4)? Can you please post the output of "show spanning-tree

vlan 4" command when the interface goes down? Most likely the interface goes

down when the trunks participate in spanning-tree recalculations.

Regards,

NT

Hello,

Can you please post the output of "show interface gi 1/0/9 from L3SWPPCL

switch?

Regards,

NT

Hi,

on the second switch, you have several SVI for several vlans without IP configured.

So IP-Processing is OFF.

I would reommende to either give thos vlans ip-adresses (and problably configure also hot standby)

or delete the svi interfaces

"int vlan 4; shut; exit; no int vlan 4"

This will not delete the Layer-2 vlan 4 , just the routed but not configured interface.

Hope this help's,

Juergen.

Hi ,

There is attach "show interface gi 1/0/9" from L3SWPPCL

Arup
