vlan problem catalyst

Hello I have a message error can anyone help me?

What is that: Local updater ID is 10.X.X.254 on interface Vl1 (lowest numbered VLAN interface found)

Hi,

Vlan 1003 is a default tokenring vlan. And therefore can not be used.
