Which command is used to define a VLAN range (subnet) on a remote switch which is gegraphically separated from the VTP SERVER.

I suppose both switchs reside in the same VTP domain. If the switch in question is a vtp client, then you must define the vlan on the server. In transparent mode you can define a vlan, but it will only work on that switch.
Which version of VTP do you use anyway ?
