First I configured auto voice vlan but this caused the ports to use vlan 1 as data vlan (untagged) and vlan 30 as voice vlan (tagged)
I turned of auto voice vlan and vlan 30 was manually configured in the phones as a voice vlan.
I configured all ports trunk untagged vlan 10 tagged vlan 30 this worked.
Now it happens from time to time that vlan membership settings still changes automaticly. Is it possible that telephones still trigger the switch to change vlan membership settings? smartports is still enabled but because auto-voice vlan is disabled I didn't worry about it.
I tried to to disable smartports but then I lost remote connection to my switch and had to ask someone on site to reboot the switch.
I'm not sure if I lost connection by disabling smartports but I didn't want to take the risk again.

to determine which MAC Address table to look in for a forwarding
decision. To do this we require the switch to do...
