VPC not comming UP after switch reboot 5K (qosmgr type-1 configuration incompatible)

Hi,

when we started to do some failover test we have found out that our VPC is not getting up.... We are getting qosmgr type-1 configuration incompatible  when running command sh vpc consistency-parameters global. After putting down VPC and bringing it up all is working just fine. When we have rebooted second switch we did not observer such an issue.

I reviewed whole config no inconsistancy found :(

Can someone advice where to look?

Hardware:  cisco Nexus5548
