VSS Config on 650

Hello, 

I tried to configure VSS on 2 6500 switches. One of them rejected the conversion command "switch virtual domain ..." but the the other one didn't recognize the "switch virtual" command.  This is the output I received when I tried to execute the command on the first switch " Supervisor card doesn't' have VSL-capable EARL".  The two switches have different IOS flavors: sw1 has s72033-rp_IPSERVICEK9-M, and sw2 has s72033-rp_ADVENTERPRISEK9_WAN-M. 

What am I missing here? What do I need to configure VSS on those two switches?

Please share the show module and show ver. 

Reason might be that your hardware is not capable of VSS and also you need to use identical image on ur VSS pair.
