VSS for 4500 is here!

Heads up to anyone that has been patiently waiting.  I didn't see any official word from Cisco yet but noticed they dropped 4500 v 3.4.0SG yesterday, bringing VSS with it!

does anyone have some more information about VSS on 4500? What I'm interested to know if it is the same as VSS on 6500: same config? feature-parity?

Its pretty easy to setup.just followed this guide from cisco http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/15.1.2/XE_340/configuration/guide/vss.html#wp1214257

but as I already know (and configured) VSS on 6500, I was interested on a document describing the differencies (if they exists) between VSS for 6500 and VSS for 4500.

One difference I see is the lack of fast-hello for dual-active detection:

4500X#sh switch virtual dual-active fast-hello

Executing the command on VSS member switch role = VSS Active, id = 1

Command sh switch virtual dual-active fast-hello  is not supported

Executing the command on VSS member switch role = VSS Standby, id = 2

Command sh switch virtual dual-active fast-hello  is not supported
