VTP config file

I had a couple of questions. I want to be able to load a 3560 switch with a configuration from a CD through a TFTP server. It seems that in order to do this I need to give the router an IP address first. Does anyone know how I can load this without having to set anything in config.

Also, it seems that the config file has everything I need except for VTP info. Can anyone tell me what file in flash has VTP info. Thanks for the help.

Re: VTP config file

See to upload config from TFTp is best idea... same you follow. Give one iP to interface and upload.

If you would do second way.. You can do by TFTP XMODEM utility.

Second your question for VTP..

You need following information to configure VTP...

VTP Domain Name: ,.......

VTP Password : .............

Make switch as Client/server(Default) before put in production: .....

Version:....
