Guys, I have a question about VTP pruning. I'm running a test environment with 2 vtp servers and several vtp clients. Everything is running perfectly so far, but I want to see if it's possible to run vtp pruning with these two vtp servers so that the access switches eliminate inactive vlans from the trunks. I've configured pruning on the servers, but no vlans are being pruned, according to the 'sh int trunk' output. I wonder if this is because there are two servers running and perhaps I need to prune from the server trunks. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what did you do?
