Weird Discotique-like led port on catalyst... ;)

Hi guys.. i found catalyst switch regardless of it version on some it's port, the led is blinking amber then green then amber then green continously... some people said that the port is oversubscribed it's bandwidth capacity...some people said that duplex setting is not correct.. but no connection is broken over this port..actually is there exact answer for this situasion?

Think you sould verify port settings on both sides of the link specifically vlan/trunk/access ports settings.
