What do I need to upgrade my IOS?

hi, I'm presently studying for my CCNA accreditations and fortunate to have been given (by employer) 3 2610 routers to which I bought a 2900 switch all running IOS Ver. 11.3.

In one of these forums I've been told I will need to have a cisco account to upgrade the IOS. Considering that I'm an individual I was also advised to get a one-time upgrade account but I don't know how to go about setting up one of these.

I will appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction.

The case is that 2610 and 2900 migth be EOS/EOL

and you have to contact TAC.

Send an e-mail to tac@cisco.com - e-mail the TAC. and tell them about your case. If this is for lab-environmnet they should help you :)
