what log is mean ?

Dear all

Why my router sent notification to neighbor and what log is mean ?

%BGP-3-NOTIFICATION: sent to neighbor x.x.x.x 1/2 (illegal header length) 0 bytes

Hello Visrut,

your router sends a BGP notification message to close the BGP session because it has received a malformed packet with an illegal header length from the peer x.x.x.x

if this happens multiple times there can be a problem.

if it happened only once it may have been caused by a software error on the peer.
