Refer to the graphic. Host A is communicating with the server. What will be the source MAC address of the
frames received by Host A from the server?

A. the MAC address of router interface e0
B. the MAC address of router interface e1
C. the MAC address of the server network interface
D. the MAC address of host A
questions:
1.which is correct?
2.In the packet transmission,Which will change?
Source IP,Destination IP,Source MAC,Destination MAC.

A looks like the right answer although your diagram has come out a bit funny.
Basically it will be the mac-address of the router interface that is connected to the same LAN segment as Host A.
IP addresses are the same end to end, mac-addresses change at each L3 hop.

mac address always changes from hop to hop and IP address never changes from source to destination.
mac address of your router will be there in incoming frame.
