The following serial interface s1/3 is fluctuating. herewith, I have provided the log file. how to resolve this problem..

Hi Vinoth,
Could you please check the following on the adjacent OSPF routers:
1. If the ip mtu's of the serial interfaces are the same:
command:
show ip interface s1/3
2. If the ospf network types of the serial interfaces are matching.
command:
show ip ospf interface s1/3
