whats the benefit of using dhcpv6 , if i am able to assign using pools ??

hi ,

i have an ipv4  network and my side seems as adsl provider ,

my clients user pppoe and get ipv4

currently im trying to use ipv6 ,

currently im in testing mode ,

i want to assing  ipv6  ips  to users that uses broadband connection , i mean that now i dont need to use prefix delegation ,

but ,  if i am able to use  and assing ipv6 ips using  pool command

why we use dhcpv6 statless ???

here is my current config

note that current config of dhcpv6 above not wotrking !!!!

Q1-which to clarify why we need dhcpv6
