which module can replace GLC-GE-100FX= ?

I have to replace the GLC-GE-100FX= modules with spare ones available , can any one suggest me which can be used to replace this one with added advantages ?

Hi,

Its 3750 G and other end 2950 . Distance is 350 meters with multimode cable

GLC-GE-100FX seems to be the onyl one compatible.
