Hi

In your mentioned list you have L3 support in switches ranging from 3550 to 3750.

All 2900 series routers are supposed to be a simple L2 switches which does only L2 functionalities..

If you are really interested in doing Inter VLAN routing then go for any of the L3 switches.

Would suggest to go for Cisco 3750 which is the latest one doing rounds now..

Please tell about the cost as we did't found this.

Hi Friend,

If you are just looking for layer 2 functionality I will recommed you to go for 2960 switches.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6406/index.html

This link has all the models available for 2960 switch.

But this switch will not provide you with layer 3 functionality and will not work for inter vlan routing as well.

If you want a combination of l2 and l3 feature with performance you can go for 3560-E switch

http://cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7078/index.html

But if you can spend some more money 3750 is the best choice for l2 as well as l3 features

http://cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7077/index.html

Also for price it is always good to contact your reseller or cisco partner.
