which switch will have following features

1)application switch supporting 10Gps traffic throughput that can scale to meet next generation data centre design

2)ssl hardware acceleration to offload costly SSL encrytion.

3)option HTTP compression license

4) fiber connection (XFP 10 Gps Optical)

The CSS http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/contnetw/ps792/products_data_sheet0900aecd800f851e.html is nearly there, it just does not have 10G interfaces, and may not scale to the degree you are looking at.

The ACE in a 6500 is the latest, but I don't quickly see a reference to HTTP compression.

You may be better asking this question in the datacentre->application networking forum, where guys that work with this stuff every day hang about.
