Why boot up takes long time. Aironet 1200 Series

I have a Cisco Aironet 1200 Series Access Point. It takes long time to boot up.

After showing the warning banner message it takes long time before asking for username. Please suggest.

The sh version is given below.

Thanks a lot leo! u gave me the clue. I removed the tacacs server host, which is not accessible in test environment, its booting faster now.
