why is "show ip route connected " is difference in hdlc and PPP ?

router A s2 connected Router B s2

router a s2

configure

en ppp

ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.252

no sh

router b s2

en ppp

ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.252

no sh

then type "show ip ro con" in router b

"C 192.168.1.1/32 is directly connected, Serial2

c 192.168.1.0/30 is directly connected, Serial2"

but in type "en hdlc" in router b s2 and router a s2.

"show ip ro con" in router b

"c 192.168.1.0/30 is directly connected, Serial2"

why is difference ? how remove route 192.168.1.1/32 ? ( it augmentation route table when turn on router protocol)

Re: why is "show ip route connected " is difference in hdlc and

You need to disable the peer neighbor-route which is enable by default on PPP interfaces.
