WLC 5508 Error

Hello,

Getting alot of the following errors on our 5508 form the same subnet: 10.20.0.1 255.255.248.0

I tried researching and not getting much, any help is appreciated.

broffu_SocketReceive: Jul 17 10:11:10.068: %DATAPLANE-3-DP_MSG: broffu_fp_dapi_cmd.c:2891 FP0.09:(7089389)[cmdAddIpv4:2921]failed to find ipv4 10.20.6.58

broffu_SocketReceive: Jul 17 10:11:08.395: %DATAPLANE-3-DP_MSG: broffu_fp_dapi_cmd.c:2891 FP0.00:(7089387)[cmdAddIpv4:2921]failed to find ipv4 10.20.5.5

this is the answer i got from TAC:

You are potentially hitting the bug CSCty48638 on your controller. There is no work around for this bug but it will be fixed in 7.3 code.

Symptom:

Controller message log is fixed filled with

%DATAPLANE-3-DP_MSG: broffu_fp_dapi_cmd.c:2891 FP1.03:(868163)[cmdAddIpv4:2921]failed to find ipv4 messages

Conditions:

It was caused due to apf was not cleaning up old/removed ip addresses (when client gets a new ip addr in roaming/change in ip scenario)

Workaround:

NA
