wrr-queue cos-map quid co1...cosn

The command maps Class-of-Service values to priority queues. The "quid" is the priority queue ID. Queue 1 is the lowest priority. The other values are the CoS values mapped to each queue. For example traffic with a CoS of 4 will be mapped to queue 3. You should then have weights set for each of the queues, with the "wrr-queue bandwidth" command.
